Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate HR Analytics Trainer to train students on data-driven HR practices. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR processes, analytics tools, and real-time HR data applications. You will be responsible for delivering engaging sessions and helping learners build practical HR analytics competencies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality training sessions on HR Analytics, HR metrics, dashboards, and data-driven HR decision-making.
  • Teach tools such as Excel (advanced), Power BI/Tableau, HRIS tools, and basic statistical concepts.
  • Prepare training materials, case studies, assessments, and assignments.
  • Guide learners in real-time HR analytics projects and industry scenarios.
  • Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated on the latest HR analytics trends and integrate them into training content.
  • Support curriculum development and continuous improvement of the HR Analytics course.
  • Collaborate with the academy team for placement support and skill-building initiatives.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA in HR / HR Analytics / Data Analytics or any relevant degree.
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR Analytics, HR Operations, or HR Data roles.
  • Proficiency in:

Advanced Excel

Power BI / Tableau

HR Metrics & KPIs

HRIS platforms & reporting

Basic statistics and data interpretation

  • Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for beginners.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a corporate trainer or faculty in HR or analytics.
  • Certifications in Analytics, HRBP, Power BI, Excel, or related fields.
  • Experience working with HR dashboards and data automation. 


Working Hours

Flexible training hours depending on batch scheduling.
