Job Description

 

1. Salary Compensation Analysis:

  • Conduct salary benchmarking within the gold/NBFC industry to ensure competitiveness.
  • Analyze compensation structures, pay ranges, and internal equity.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly reports on salary deviations, pay gaps, and compliance.
  • Support annual salary review and performance-linked pay recommendations.

2. HR Reporting Analytics:

  • Generate regular HR dashboards (attrition, headcount, time-to-fill, recruitment cost, etc.).
  • Present HR metrics and insights to management for data-driven decision-making.
  • Create customized reports for management, auditors, and statutory requirements.

3. Data Management Systems:

  • Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS/HRIS platforms.
  • Perform data audits to ensure payroll and reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Finance/Accounts to align HR cost reporting with budgets.

4. Strategic Support:

  • Provide insights for retention strategies and workforce planning.
  • Identify trends in employee turnover and suggest corrective actions.
  • Support HR Manager/HRBP in compensation policy development.

Qualifications Skills:

  • Graduate in HR, Business, Commerce, or related field (MBA HR preferred).
  • 5 yearsHR experience with focus on reporting, payroll/compensation analysis.
  • Experience in gold industry or NBFC strongly preferred.
  • Strong skills in MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros); knowledge of Power BI / Tableau an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of HRMS/Payroll systems.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
