HR Analyst

As a Data Analyst in the HR department, your role will involve collecting, cleaning, and analyzing HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. You will be responsible for generating accurate and timely reports on key HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and performance metrics. Utilizing data visualization tools to create clear and impactful reports will also be a part of your key responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Collect, clean, and analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. - Generate accurate and timely reports on key HR metrics. - Utilize data visualization tools for creating impactful reports. - Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic HR decisions for clients. - Conduct benchmarking analyses to compare client data to industry standards. - Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency. - Collaborate with HR teams to implement process improvements and automation solutions. - Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting tools. - Provide analytical support to HR projects such as talent assessments, compensation reviews, organizational design, attrition analysis, and performance reviews. - Conduct special projects as assigned. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - 1-2 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI - DAX Query is mandate). - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
