The HR Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting HR operations in a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on maintaining HR records, onboarding labor staff, and acting as a bridge between management, contractors, employees, and the owner to ensure smooth workforce coordination and operational efficiency.·      Prepare HR-related documents such as employment letters, contracts, and internal memos.Assist in payroll preparation, attendance, and leave management.Support the HR Recruiter in coordinating with contractors and department heads regarding staffing requirements.Facilitate on-boarding and induction of labor and staff as per recruitment plans.Ensure proper completion of joining formalities.·Bridge communication gaps and ensure smooth flow of information across all stakeholders.· Support plant managers and HODs in workforce planning and day-to-day operational issues.
