Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Administrator to support both offshore and onsite HR operations. The role involves handling day-to-day HR administration, employee support, documentation, and coordination between global teams to ensure smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

•         Provide administrative support across all HR functions for offshore and onsite teams.

•         Manage employee records, documentation, and databases with accuracy.

•         Coordinate onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.

•         Assist in payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.

•         Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews and follow-ups.

•         Act as a point of contact for HR-related queries and escalate when needed.

•         Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

•         Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.

•         Communicate with managers, vendors, and external consultants when required.

Requirements:

•         Bachelor’s degree in related field.

•         2 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.

•         Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

•         Good knowledge of HR process.

•         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•         Ability to work independently and with offshore/onshore teams.
