Maintain and update employee records (e.g., personal information, job history, attendance, and leave). Assist with recruitment activities including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Prepare employment contracts, onboarding documents, and coordinate induction programs. Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate employee data is shared with the finance department. Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and performance appraisal processes. Handle general HR inquiries from employees and ensure timely resolution. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. Maintain HR documentation, including employee handbooks, policies, and procedures. Manage office administration tasks such as ordering supplies, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office facilities (if the role includes admin duties).
