Responsibilities: Maintain employee records, assist in recruitment and onboarding, coordinate training sessions, handle employee queries, and support HR policy implementation. Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, ability to multitask, and a team player. Strong understanding of HR regulations and best practices.
