We have an immediate openings for HR Admin - Vijayawada

We are seeking an HR Admin to support the HR team in day-to-day operations within our staffing company. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a good understanding of HR processes, especially in a fast-paced staffing environment.

Role & responsibilities

Assist in onboarding of new employees and contractors.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, and other HR activities.
Manage and process benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
Support the HR team in employee relations, performance management, and training.
Assist with the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
Handle employee queries regarding policies, benefits, legal documentation and general HR-related inquiries.
Support in maintaining a positive work environment.

Preferred candidate profile

Any Graduate with basic knowledge in HR
Freshers are preferred
Good communication is mandatory
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
