HR, Admin & Operations Specialist

You will be working as an HR, Admin & Operations Specialist at Kinexcs, an AI-driven digital health platform and wearables company. Your main responsibilities will include managing people processes, executive support, and daily operations in a remote-first setup with light involvement in marketing coordination. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Human Resources (HR)** - Handle end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding. - Maintain employee records and HR databases. - Plan and coordinate employee engagement initiatives. - **Executive Assistant (EA) Tasks** - Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. - Draft, organize, and handle confidential communications with discretion. - Track action items and ensure timely follow-up for leadership. - **Operations & Administration** - Oversee end-to-end operations to ensure smooth workflow across teams. - Perform general admin tasks remotely like data entry, document management, and email handling. - Prepare operational reports, track KPIs, and support process optimization. - Coordinate with vendors, partners, or service providers as needed. - **Marketing Support (Limited)** - Assist with basic marketing coordination, content scheduling, and tracking campaign metrics. - Conduct market research and support lead-tracking activities when required. **Requirements & Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in HR, administration, or operations roles. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and experience as an Executive Assistant. - Excellent organizational, multitasking, communication (written & verbal), and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Google Workspace/MS Office, HR tools, and remote collaboration platforms. - Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities remotely.,
