Role Overview: The role we are offering is for an individual with a background in Human Resources, preferably with a minimum of one year of experience in various HR functions or a similar domain. As part of this role, you will be responsible for supporting the HR department in day-to-day operations and contributing to the successful execution of ongoing HR projects. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in updating, managing, and generating reports through the HRIS system (Bob). - Prepare HR-related reports and letters as necessary. - Coordinate new employee orientations. - Address employee inquiries regarding HR matters. - Participate in organizing monthly company events. - Plan and organize CSR events. - Manage office purchases, couriers (outward & inward), and the housekeeping team. - Perform other administrative duties as required. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or Post-Graduate degree. - Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in the HR domain or a similar skill set preferred. - Familiarity with the entire HRM lifecycle. - Excellent communication and comprehension skills. - Willingness to learn and ability to come up with new ideas.
