We're Hiring: HR Admin – Automobile Startup

Location: Malanpur, Madhya Pradesh
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month

About Us:

We are a growing startup in the automobile industry with a focus on innovation and global partnerships. We're looking for a dedicated HR Admin who can manage internal HR operations and support coordination with our international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
• Coordinate with international clients for documentation and project-related updates
• Assist leadership in organizing team structures, policies, and compliance
• Track attendance, leave records, and prepare payroll inputs
• Support startup operations with office admin duties as needed
• Maintain effective communication across teams and global contacts
• Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1–3 years of HR/Admin experience (startup or manufacturing background preferred)
• Strong written and spoken English
• Comfortable handling communication with overseas clients
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and flexible
• Proficient in MS Office and email communication tools
