Job Description

Position: HR Administrator

Location: Maradu, Kochi

Department: Human Resources

Qualification : Graduation

Experience : 1-2 Years

Preferring only Males candidates

Job Summary:

The HR Admin supports the HR team in administrative tasks, including maintaining employee files, handling documentation, coordinating meetings/interviews, and supporting HR operations and compliance efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
  • Prepare and manage HR documents such as offer letters, contracts, and warning letters.
  • Assist with onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Support attendance and leave tracking.
  • Coordinate logistics for interviews and HR meetings.
  • Help with filing, organizing HR data, and maintaining employee databases.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on HR documentation and compliance tasks.
  • Assist in day-to-day HR operations and back-end support.
