Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for establishment and compliance as per required laws, employee welfare and industrial relations, administration, manpower planning, budgeting, employee engagement, support for associate and staff appraisals, support for overseas/international assignment activities, proper arrangement for visitors, and other HR and administration work requirements as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure establishment and compliance with required laws - Manage employee welfare and industrial relations - Oversee administration tasks - Plan for manpower needs - Prepare and manage budgets - Drive employee engagement initiatives - Provide support for associate and staff appraisals - Assist in overseas or international assignment activities - Arrange for visitors appropriately - Handle other HR and administration tasks as needed Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Ms-Office - Strong negotiation skills and effective communication - Ability to interact effectively with others - Demonstrate patience and positive attitude - People-oriented with a focus on building relationships and fostering teamwork,
