*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR and Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of HR practices, employment laws, statutory compliances like ESI and PF, as well as labor and factory laws.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Human Resources:
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Administer employee benefit programs and ensure employees are informed about their benefits.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their development.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve workplace efficiency.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including ESI (Employee State Insurance) and PF (Provident Fund), and manage related documentation and filings.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and factory laws, managing compliance and documentation as required.
Administration:
- Oversee office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient working environment.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and appointments.
- Maintain and update company databases and records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
*Qualifications:*
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
- Knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of ESI (Employee State Insurance) and PF (Provident Fund) regulations and procedures.
- Understanding of labor laws and factory laws, including compliance and documentation requirements.
