Job Description

  • Keep office equipment and furniture in good condition.
  • Serve tea, coffee, or refreshments to guests.
  • Assist in Exhibitions which stocks and items to be moved and sent to the respective venues.
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies, such as stationery, coffee, and snacks, to ensure they are readily available for staff and purchasing office supplies as needed.
  • Provide support to staff members by helping with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure that restrooms are clean and stocked with essential supplies.
  • Ensure the office premises are secure, including locking doors and windows at the end of the day.
  • Perform any other office-related duties as directed by the supervisor or management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
