Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Admin Executive to support the Human Resources and Administrative functions of our organization. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with company policies, and support administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations. Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:Assist in recruitment processes including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Maintain employee records and update HR databases (e.g., new hires, separations, leave, attendance). Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Track and manage leave records, attendance, and timesheets. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications. Assist in performance review processes and training logistics. Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws. Administrative Support: Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary. Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, courier). Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems. Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Liaise with vendors, service providers, and office maintenance teams.
