The role requires good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely collections. Key Responsibilities:Visit customers to collect due payments and provide receipts. Maintain records of daily collections and update the system. Communicate politely and professionally with clients. Follow up with customers for pending dues through visits and calls. Verify payment details and submit reports to the accounts team. Handle customer queries and resolve collection-related issues. Ensure collections are done within the assigned timeline. Requirements:Minimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification. Experience in field collections or recovery will be an advantage. Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and meet targets. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
