About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated HR & Admin to support our Mumbai office operations. This role is ideal for women professionals, including those looking to restart their careers after a break. Candidates aged 30 years and above are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain and update personnel records, leave management, and HR documentation.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as vendor coordination, office supplies, travel arrangements, and facility management.
  • Support payroll preparation through attendance tracking and data submission.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee programs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Provide general administrative support to management and staff.

Desired Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (will be a plus point)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR & Administration.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Open to women returning to the workforce or experienced professionals aged 30 or 40+.
