Key Responsibilities: HR Support Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates. Help with onboarding and documentation of new hires. Maintain employee records and update internal databases. Support HR in organizing internal events and employee engagement initiatives. Admin Support Manage office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Handle courier, travel bookings, and basic vendor coordination. Support in maintaining office cleanliness and order. Assist in preparing reports and documentation. Qualifications and Skills: ● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. ● Experience: 0-1 year of relevant experience in similar role. Skills Required: Good verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Open to taking initiative and adapting to a dynamic environment.
