We are looking for HR and Admin Executive with 2–3 years of experience a leading construction company. This role involves handling key HR and administrative functions including Time Office management, Overtime tracking, Leave administration, labour management, grievance resolution, and onboarding of labour and staff. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain smooth day-to-day site and office operations. Responsibilities: • Manage daily Time Office operations • Monitor and track overtime and leave records. • Handle onboarding formalities for labour and site staff. • Maintain labour records. • Resolve employee grievances promptly and professionally. • Coordinate with contractors for labour supply and documentation. • Support payroll inputs related to attendance, OT, and leaves. • Assist in general office administration and documentation. • Ensure implementation of HR policies at project sites.\ • Staff and Labour Accommodation. Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in HR, or related field. • 2–3 years of experience in HR and Admin functions • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle labour grievances and maintain discipline on site.
