The HR Admin is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department. This role involves maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment and onboarding processes, managing HR documents, supporting payroll processing, and ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed efficiently.
Position: Field Sales Executive Industry: Solar & Textile / Digital Printing & Embroidery Machines Location: Surat Experience: 0–2 Years Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: * Identify potential customers and generate new leads through field visits. * Present and promote company products (Digital Printing Machines / Embroidery Machines / Solar Products) to prospective clients. * Explain product features, pricing, and benefits to customers. * Maintain good relationships with existing clients and provide after-sales support. * Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management. * Prepare daily visit reports and update customer records. * Coordinate with the service and installation team for customer requirements. * Understand market trends and competitor activities. Skills & Qualifications: * Good communication and negotiation skills. * Basic understanding of machines or sales (training will be provided). * Ability to work independently and on field. * Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving license. * Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
