HR - Accounts Executive

HR Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes by scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
• Maintain employee records and databases, ensuring data is accurate and up-to-date.
• Assist with employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and compensation.
• Coordinate and manage employee attendance, leave, and performance records.
• Support in the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
  

Accounts Follow-Up Responsibilities

• Follow up with clients for outstanding payments, pending invoices, and overdue balances.
• Liaise between the finance team and clients to ensure smooth financial transactions.
• Coordinate with clients regarding payment schedules and account queries.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of client payments and financial status.
• Assist the accounts team with document management, including invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
• Prepare follow-up emails, reminders, and documentation to ensure timely payments.
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Prior experience in HR or Accounts payable/receivable roles is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Tally, etc.).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with employees and clients.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to handle sensitive information confidentially.
