Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Intern focused on LinkedIn at Phailaav, located in New Delhi. The Social Media Intern will be responsible for creating and managing LinkedIn content, developing social media strategies, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics. The role involves regular communication with the marketing team to align social media activities with overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications

• Skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and general Marketing principles
• Strong Communication skills
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and develop strategies based on data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
• Experience or interest in digital marketing is a plus
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
