Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Elite Butlers, with 3-7 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff activities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas needing improvement and provide feedback to staff members.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring sufficient stock levels and timely replenishment.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
Train and mentor new staff members on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest interaction techniques.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field within the hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and guest interaction techniques.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is an asset.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
