Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
• Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and areas to ensure quality standards are met.
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner.
• Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing attendance.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-7 years of experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in using housekeeping management software is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
