We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
Train and mentor housekeeping staff on best practices and company policies.
Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and areas to ensure quality standards are met.
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to management.
Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional manner.
Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing attendance.

Skills and Qualifications

1-7 years of experience in housekeeping or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in using housekeeping management software is a plus.
Attention to detail and a commitment to quality service.
