About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeping Executive to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of our mall, ensuring a pleasant experience for all visitors. 📝 Key Responsibilities: 1.0 Team Management: Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff. Assign tasks and ensure timely completion of duties. 2.0 Operational Excellence: Oversee daily cleaning schedules and manage shift rotations. Ensure all areas, including food courts, restrooms, common spaces, and back-end operations, meet hygiene standards. 3.0 Inventory Control: Manage stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment. Place orders for replenishments and maintain records. 4.0 Quality Assurance: Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing attention. Implement corrective actions to maintain high cleanliness standards. 5.0 Customer Interaction: Address visitor feedback and resolve cleanliness-related issues promptly. 🎯 What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in housekeeping or facility management (mall/hotel/large retail spaces preferred). Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Knowledge of cleaning equipment and materials. Good communication skills in English and local languages.
