Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Housekeeping Manager to join our team at Manohar Villas Resort. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in managing housekeeping operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Oversee daily housekeeping activities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures for all rooms and public areas.
  • Manage and supervise a team of housekeepers to achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and staff performance.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Housekeeping Manager in a reputable hotel or resort.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and quality control measures.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
