Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Marketing, based in Trivandrum. The Manager Marketing will lead and execute marketing strategies for the organization, oversee branding efforts, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to leasing and retail mix optimization plans. Responsibilities also include planning marketing campaigns, conducting market research to attract tenants and customers, and ensuring an engaging consumer experience aligned with the overall vision of the organization.

• Proficiency in marketing strategy, branding, and campaign management
• Experience with retail leasing initiatives and understanding of retail mixes
• Strong analytical skills for market research, consumer behavior analysis, and financial feasibility assessments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and partners
• Ability to manage team performance and deliver operational excellence in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with retail real estate and shopping center management is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
