Job Description

Managing the Site activities & clients requirements
Assign daily tasks and monitor performance
Conduct regular staff meetings and evaluations
Maintain Cleanliness Standards
Ensure all rooms, public areas, and facilities meet hygiene and presentation standards
Perform regular inspections and audits
Address guest complaints related to cleanliness
Inventory and Supplies Management
Monitor and order cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment
Control costs and prevent wastage
Maintain stock records and ensure timely replenishment
Scheduling and Coordination
Create staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage
Coordinate with front desk and maintenance teams for room readiness and repairs
Plan for peak seasons and special events
Compliance and Safety
Enforce health and safety regulations
Train staff on proper cleaning techniques and equipment use
Budgeting and Reporting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
