Job Title: Housekeeping Manager Reports to: Assistant General Manager or General Manager Location: M/s Commando Industril Security Force, New Forest Colony, Beside Vision Enclave Apartment, Hurhuru Road, Hazaribagh, PIN No: 825301 Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Housekeeping Manager to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping department, ensuring high levels of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: 1. Departmental Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff, including room attendants, housemen, and laundry staff. 2. Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. 3. Staff Training and Development: Provide training, coaching, and guidance to housekeeping staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively. 4. Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and other housekeeping materials. 5. Budgeting and Cost Control: Assist with budget planning and cost control measures to ensure the housekeeping department operates within allocated budgets. 6. Guest Satisfaction: Respond promptly to guest complaints and concerns, taking proactive steps to resolve issues and ensure guest satisfaction. 7. Communication: Liaise with other hotel departments, including front office, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery. Requirements: 1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality management degree or certification preferred. 2. Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or resort environment. 3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 4. Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills, with ability to motivate and train staff. 5. Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization. What We Offer: 1.
