Housekeeping Manager

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all housekeeping operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction in a five-star hotel. The role involves staff supervision, quality control, inventory management, and coordination with other departments to deliver exceptional luxury service.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house areas
• Ensure all areas meet five-star cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards
• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping staff
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public spaces to maintain quality standards
• Manage housekeeping budgets, control costs, and monitor productivity
• Oversee inventory, linen, uniforms, cleaning supplies, and equipment
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements promptly and professionally
• Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry departments to ensure smooth operations
• Implement and monitor health, safety, and sanitation policies in compliance with hotel and legal standards
• Prepare reports on occupancy, staffing, maintenance issues, and performance metrics
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and hotel policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
