Job Description

Looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Guest Service Associate to join our team at Marigold Banquets & Convention, Hotel DeLush. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide exceptional guest service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Respond to guest requests and resolve issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and procedures.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required by the job.
