Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Housekeeping professional to join our team at BAMBOO SAA RESORT & SPA. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
Provide exceptional housekeeping services to ensure guests have an unforgettable experience.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures.
Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Job Requirements

Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
