Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Executive to join our team at the Marriott hotel. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and checklists to maintain consistency across all rooms and public areas.
Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any areas or issues that require additional attention.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
Train and mentor new hires to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and staff performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and quality control measures.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
