Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Desk Attendant to join our team at Lemon Tree Hotel. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and efficient response to guests' needs.
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high performance standards and goals.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
