Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at The Leela Ambience in Gurugram. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-1 year of experience, offering the opportunity to learn and grow with our establishment.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs and resolving issues efficiently.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel.
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements

Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests and colleagues.
Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
Basic knowledge of hospitality industry practices and procedures.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges.
