Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Apprentice to join our team at Taj Gandhinagar Resort & Spa. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Assist housekeeping staff with laundry washing, room service, and other tasks.
Ensure all rooms meet inspection requirements before check-in.
Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to resolve issues or concerns.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime.
Provide excellent customer service to guests by responding promptly to their needs.

Job Requirements

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols is desirable.
Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is an asset.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
