Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Apprentice to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

Roles and Responsibility

Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' requests and resolving issues professionally.
Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate personnel.
Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance knowledge and skills.

Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and protocols is an asset.
Ability to lift and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is desirable.
