About The Opportunity

• Oversee daily household operations: set standards, assign tasks, and ensure consistent service quality across all areas of the residence.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise household staff; conduct performance reviews and maintain staffing rosters.
• Manage household finances: prepare and track budgets, approve invoices, handle petty cash, and deliver monthly expense reports.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective property maintenance; supervise vendors and contractors for repairs, landscaping, housekeeping, and security systems.
• Plan and execute household events, family travel logistics, guest arrangements, and on-site hospitality requirements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols; manage inventories for household supplies, valuables, and wine/food stores.
