Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Hotel Operations & OTA Management Associate to ensure smooth hotel operations and optimize our presence on Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms. The role involves managing daily operations, handling inventory, tariffs, and availability (ITA), and delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and proficiency with digital tools to drive revenue and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Hotel Operations Management: Oversee front desk activities, guest check-ins/check-outs, housekeeping, and maintenance to maintain high service standards and ensure seamless operations.
• OTA Management: Manage hotel listings on OTA platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia, MakeMyTrip), including updating room availability, pricing, and promotions, and responding to guest reviews and inquiries to boost bookings and ratings.
• Inventory, Tariff, and Availability (ITA) Management: Update room inventory in real-time using hotel management software, adjust tariffs based on demand, seasons, and market trends, and optimize occupancy rates to avoid overbookings or underutilization.
• Guest Relations: Address guest queries, complaints, and feedback professionally, collaborating with teams to resolve issues promptly and enhance guest satisfaction.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on occupancy, revenue, and performance metrics; analyze data to recommend improvements in operations and pricing strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in hotel operations, front desk management, or OTA management is a plus; freshers with relevant training are welcome to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Cloudbeds, eZee, or similar), OTA platforms, and basic MS Office tools; tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new systems.
• Other Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
