Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel Manager located in South Delhi. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the hotel, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and monitoring financial performance. Additional tasks include supervising maintenance work, coordinating with vendors, implementing hotel policies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The Hotel Manager will also handle guest complaints, manage budgets, and maintain high-quality service standards.

Qualifications

• Strong operational management, leadership, and staff supervision skills
• Experience in guest services, customer relations, and resolving complaints
• Financial management and budget handling skills
• Vendor coordination, maintenance supervision, and policy implementation experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work on-site in South Delhi
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a hotel management role beneficial
