🌟 We’re Hiring: General Manager – ECHOS Hotels, Rishikesh 🌟ECHOS Hotels, Rishikesh, is looking for a dynamic and self-initiating Hotel General Manager to lead our team and uphold the values that define our brand.

What we’re looking for:

✅ 3–4 years of experience in hotel operations/management✅ Strong leadership and staff management skills✅ Ability to identify challenges and proactively solve them✅ A keen learner with a growth-oriented mindset✅ Commitment to upholding ECHOS Values and delivering exceptional guest experiences

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day hotel operations
• Manage and mentor staff across departments
• Ensure service excellence and guest satisfaction
• Maintain operational efficiency while aligning with our value-driven culture
• Implement solutions to improve processes and address challenges independently
• Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets to ensure financial health of the hotel
• Track expenses and optimize resources without compromising guest experience
  

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience)🎯 Performance-based incentives in addition to fixed pay📍 Accommodation support can be discussed for the right candidate
