📢 We Are Hiring – Director of Development | Gurgaon

Director – Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive hotel portfolio expansion across India
  • Source & close management contract and revenue-share projects
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of hotel owners and investor partners
  • Lead commercial negotiations and deal closures
  • Work cross-functionally with legal, technical and finance teams
  • Travel for deal origination and closure meetings as required

Candidate Profile:

  • 7–10 years of 

    experience in hotel development

     (mandatory)
  • Proven track record in 

    hotel signing and deal closure

  • Strong network with hotel developers, owners and real estate groups
  • Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation capability
  • Professional presence and relationship-building skills
  • Target and result-oriented mindset
