Job Description

Responsible for contracting best rates after all Comparisions for all Markets.
Providing necessary support to various markets in terms of adhoc rates and inventory.
Taking stock of competitors actions and strengths and taking counter measures.
Circulate the update on rate issues to all markets at regular intervals.
Negotiation and product update. Feedback on Hotel inspections / FAM.
Finalisation of a rate contract in consultation with superiors.
To coordinate with the Tariff team and ensure that all rates have been fed into Xplor for operations usage.
Study brochure programs, analyse rates , contract / re contract and suggest alternates where required to make business more profitable and enhance guest experience.

Job Specifications

Graduate/PG in Tourism Management.
5-10 years of experience having hands on experience in costing, rate contracting and calculation with excellent knowledge of tax structure.
Excellent negotiation and purchasing skills.
Must have a knack for Competition analysis.
Must have industry knowledge along with geography knowledge.
Must have an understanding of different markets / sectors.
Must have excellent communication and PR skills.
Good decision making abilities.
