Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Contracting & Negotiation

  • Identify potential hotel partners (domestic and international) to expand the company’s accommodation offerings.
  • Negotiate competitive rates, allocations, and exclusive deals to maximize margins.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies, quality standards, and legal requirements.
  • Review and renew existing contracts to enhance value or improve terms.

2. Relationship Management

  • Maintain positive, long-term relationships with hotel partners and suppliers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for hotels regarding rates, promotions, and issue resolution.
  • Support the organization of supplier networking events and familiarization trips.

3. Product & Data Management

  • Collect, verify, and upload hotel information (rates, photos, policies, amenities) into the company’s system/ERP.
  • Ensure contract accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
  • Coordinate with sales and operations teams to ensure contracted hotels are effectively marketed and sold.

4. Market Research & Analysis

  • Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and new hotel openings.
  • Identify portfolio gaps and new business opportunities.
  • Generate reports on rate competitiveness, contracting performance, and supplier feedback.

5. Coordination & Support

  • Collaborate with reservations, product, and finance teams to ensure seamless hotel operations and payments.
  • Resolve supplier-related booking or payment issues.
  • Support the timely settlement of supplier invoices as per agreed terms.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in hotel contracting, supplier relations, or product management (preferably in a travel company or OTA).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with CRS/ERP systems.
  • Understanding of hotel pricing models and distribution channels.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
