Roles and Responsibilities

  • Greet guests upon arrival, welcome them to the hotel, and assist with check-in procedures.
  • Ensure accurate processing of reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure an efficient workflow.
  • Provide exceptional hospitality services to all guests throughout their stay at the hotel.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2-5 years of experience in hospitality industry (front office or similar role).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with strong communication abilities (verbal & written).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
