About The Opportunity

We operate in the healthcare services sector providing hospital outpatient and patient support services in the Delhi NCR region. This is an on-site front-office role supporting OPD operations, patient flow, billing, and liaison between clinical teams and patients—located opposite Palam Metro Station, Delhi.Role & Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors, manage check-ins, verify identity and capture accurate registration details in the hospital system.
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments across departments; maintain daily OPD lists and patient queues.
  • Process payments, generate invoices, handle cash/card transactions and provide receipts; coordinate basic billing tasks.
  • Verify insurance details and pre-authorizations; escalate discrepancies to the billing/insurance team.
  • Answer multi-line phones, triage calls professionally, and route clinical and administrative queries to the right teams.
  • Maintain neat, confidential patient records (electronic and physical), update EMR/HIS entries, and support document management audits.

Additional Qualifications
