Key Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain vessel maintenance and docking schedules in line with class, flag, and company requirements. Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities onboard vessels using computerized maintenance systems (e.g., AMOS, ShipNet, or similar). Coordinate with technical superintendents and chief engineers to ensure timely execution of planned maintenance. Prepare work packages and activity plans for drydocking, repairs, and major overhauls. Track vessel performance data, maintenance compliance, and inspection schedules (class, flag, PSC, ISM). Analyze planned maintenance records to identify recurring issues and recommend optimization measures. Support budgeting and cost estimation for maintenance and docking projects. Coordinate with procurement for timely availability of spare parts, tools, and services required for planned jobs. Prepare progress reports, Gantt charts, and dashboards to support management decision-making. Ensure maintenance records are updated, accurate, and audit-ready for class and regulatory inspections.
