Establish relationships with insurance providers and TPAs (Third-Party Administrators) for seamless processing of cashless treatments. Doctor Engagement & Medical Network Expansion: Identify and on board key opinion leaders (KOLs), senior doctors, and reputed specialists as visiting consultants.
