You are being offered an exciting opportunity as a Referral Marketing / B2B Marketing Executive in a renowned hospital in Bangalore. Your primary responsibility will be to connect with and establish relationships with doctors from various medical facilities, encouraging them to refer their patients to your hospital or provide consultations there. Your role will involve extensive fieldwork, managing doctor relationships, and implementing healthcare outreach strategies to boost patient inflow and acquire consultants. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, connect, and cultivate relationships with doctors in clinics, nursing homes, and neighboring hospitals. - Visit consultants to onboard them and develop a robust network of referral doctors. - Persuade external doctors to refer their patients to your hospital. - Create and implement B2B marketing strategies to generate referrals. - Conduct field visits and engage regularly with medical professionals. - Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) sessions, health camps, and awareness programs to foster partnerships. - Collaborate with the operations, medical, and business development teams. - Monitor doctor engagement levels and track referral conversion metrics. - Ensure an increase in patient footfall through well-structured referral programs. Desired Candidate Profile: - Minimum 15 years of experience in referral marketing, B2B marketing, or hospital outreach. - Strong network with local doctors, clinics, and medical institutions. - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and field coordination skills. - Comfortable with on-ground visits and engaging in healthcare sales interactions. - Prior experience in hospital marketing, medical representative roles, or doctor acquisition would be advantageous. Education: - Any Graduate (Preferably in Healthcare, Pharma, Marketing, or Business Administration) - MBA/PGDM is a plus In this full-time, permanent role, you will be part of the Medical Services / Hospital / Healthcare industry, focusing on Marketing, Business Development, and Sales functions.
